American Idol, Lost (Pseudo-Locke is not Locke)

Tuesday, May 4
American Idol, aired May 4 on Fox
DVR
Harry Conick, Jr. not only mentored the contestants, he also did the arrangements.  He did a great job at it, but Aaron and Casey weren’t very good.  One of them will go home today.  I’ll predict Casey James.
Lost, "The Candidate," aired May 4 on ABC
DVR
If I were on the team of writers I’d have Sawyer call Pseudo-Locke “Smoky.”  He’s not Locke, so why pretend?

[SPOILER AFTER THE JUMP]

Too bad about the Kwons.  If Sun had told Jin that he had to save himself for the sake of their daughter, how would he have responded?  Would he have been persuaded?  It was a touching scene, though, and a fitting end, perhaps, to their character arcs.  The writers seem to have a thing for self-sacrifice by drowning.  Will the Kwons be the last?  Or will Ben drown in the process of saving everyone in the series finale?
